Group fitness

We are pleased to offer a variety of drop-in group fitness classes. We take pride in providing a welcoming environment with classes to fit all ages and fitness levels. You are encouraged to come 5-10 minutes before class begins to gather any equipment you may need. Please note: Instructors are subject to change.

Your health and safety matters

Ensuring the health and safety of all REDS Recreation members and program participants remains our highest priority. Our team has taken steps to ensure that everyone has a safe and positive experience when participating in our classes. If for some reason you encounter a problem, please notify the instructor so we can help. As always, we also strongly recommend that participants review our fitness disclaimer before participating in any class or program.
