The Reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that uses a unique system of adjustable springs to add resistance to workouts. Hundreds of exercises can be done on the Reformer; class participants will experience a varied repertoire in each class.

Reformer Align focuses on precise technique at a slower pace, ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners alike. But also suitable for advanced clients who want to fine-tune their practice and enhance their alignment.  This class is designed to refine your movements, improve strength, flexibility, and posture through deliberate exercises. Reformer Align provides detailed and hands-on alignment cues to deepen your understanding of Pilates principles. Flex and Flow is a dynamic class that seamlessly transitions from mobilization to joint strengthening. We start with a focus on mobility, which may include using tools like the Pilates arc, ensuring your joints are primed for movement. As we progress, we integrate exercises to stabilize and strengthen key joints, enhancing overall flexibility and stability. Designed for beginners to intermediates, Flex and Flow benefits participants of all experience levels by enhancing mobility, improving joint strength, and promoting a balanced, resilient body. Join us to experience how this class can optimize your movement capabilities and elevate your overall fitness journey.
