Train to conquer 5 kilometers in just 8 weeks! This program is designed to help participants gradually build their endurance through run/walk interval training, guided by an experienced running coach. Each session includes a warm-up, a structured workout, and a cooldown stretch to keep you on track toward your goal.
Starting March 17th, the group will meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM on the track for guided workouts. This program is a perfect fit for anyone aiming to participate in the Fredericton Marathon 5K on May 10th — just in time to put your training to the test!
