You don’t need to feel alone. Whether you are feeling low, struggling to cope or just need a place to talk, Togetherall can help you explore your feelings in a supportive environment. It is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly.
Togetherall is a digital mental health support platform which is free and available online 24/7 for all UNB and STU students. It is a safe and anonymous space where you can get help from an online peer-to-peer community in a real time engagement.
In addition to Togetherall's online community, you will have access to a wealth of resources and can work through tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, depression and many more.
How it works
Togetherall is available if you are 16 or over.
No waiting lists. Access anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
Members of the Togetherall community remain anonymous. A unique username will be created during the registration process that does not include your real name or any information that could reveal your identity.
Managed and monitored by Wall Guides - trained mental health professionals whose job is to ensure the safety and anonymity of all members. They are required to be proactive in responding to Togetherall members who are in crisis and provide them with support, which may involve helping them to seek local assistance from their doctor or therapist.
A verification email will be sent to your student email address. Activate your account.
Access other existing counselling services at UNB, including an in-person peer support program, in-person and virtual counselling, crisis resources and other digital tools.
