Counselling services

UNB Counselling Services is committed to the academic and personal development of all students. We provide a range of free, confidential short-term mental health services to undergraduate and graduate students from UNB Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton and STU who are registered in a degree program.

If you have an emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room of the nearest hospital.

If you have an urgent concern and you wish to speak to someone immediately, there are community services available to you.

Counsellors provide clinical services, which include individual and group therapy sessions, to students who are residing within the province. If you are currently outside of New Brunswick, access additional resources and local support.
