There is much to be done to advance transformational leadership and change initiatives as we consider Truth and Reconciliation, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. UNB recognizes we alone don’t have the answers and collective collaboration and discussion are critical to moving forward.
UNB Diversity Dialogues therefore aim to create and elevate existing opportunities for open and honest community discussion around social justice issues. Together, we will continue to learn from one another, to transform ideas into action, and create a community of knowledge, respect, and compassion.
These dialogues function as a catalyst for greater engagement, education and learning opportunities for UNB and the broader community on themes related to Truth and Reconciliation and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
