Looking to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly competition? UNB REDS Recreation Intramurals offer a variety of sports programs for students, alumni, and community members. With nearly 3,000 participants annually, intramurals are one of the best ways to stay connected and have fun on campus.
REDS Recreations' intramural program is open to all full-time UNB students. Part-time students must opt into the facility access fee, which can be paid at UNB Financial Services.
To participate in intramurals, all community members (public, alumni, and members of other academic institutions) must be current REDS Rec members.
Teams can participate in the intramural program at no charge. (Exception: ice hockey) However, teams are required to deposit two $75 undated cheques at the time of registration. Deposits will be returned* to the team manager at the end of the season.
*Teams who violate the rules outlined in the intramural rule book may not have their deposit returned. Please refer to the intramural rule book for more information.
Please note that we are currently transitioning to a new registration platform, which is not yet operational.
To register your team, please complete the Intramural Registration Form and submit it to the CURRIE CENTER Front Desk by January 8th.
We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your intramural registration experience.
