Our institute was established in early 2015 through the collaboration of different New Brunswick government departments, including:
We got our start through funding from the Canada Foundation for Innovation and the Province of New Brunswick.
Our continued operation is supported by the Province of New Brunswick and by awards from the Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR), the New Brunswick Health Research Foundation (NBHRF), the Maritime SPOR SUPPORT Unit (MSSU) and other organizations.
Our governance structure, management, oversight and operations are partly based on the very successful Manitoba Centre for Health Policy. This model has been carefully refined and modified in close collaboration with provincial government privacy officers and security officers to reflect New Brunswick legislation, regulation and data characteristics.
We believe strongly in building research capacity through collaboration. We acknowledge the valuable support and contributions of our various partners.

Nous avons vu le jour grâce au financement de la Fondation canadienne pour l’innovation et du gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Notre structure de gouvernance, notre direction, notre supervision et nos activités sont fondées en partie sur le Manitoba Centre for Health Policy, un organisme couronné de succès.
