The Healthy Seniors Pilot Project (HSPP) is a groundbreaking collection of 66 research initiatives in New Brunswick, funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada and the Government of New Brunswick, to support older adults and promote healthy aging. NB-IRDT Senior Data Analyst Pablo Miah and UNB Professor Neeru Gupta have recently published a report on the imbalances in the oral health workforce in Canada. This national observational study aimed to quantify occupational, geographical, institutional, and gender imbalances in the Canadian dental workforce to help inform benchmarking of human resources for oral health capacity for improving service coverage.
These reports present key findings from a study conducted by NB-IRDT on graduate outcomes in the Atlantic provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.
