The issue with Secure File Drop has been resolved. Any files that were sent when Secure File Drop was unavailable are still queued, and they should be delivered shortly.

Original Details:

Some users are experiencing issues when trying to send files using Secure File Drop. After using Secure File Drop, a confirmation email is sent indicating that the file was delivered, but the recipient does not receive anything. ITS is aware of this issue and looking into it.
