The wired internet network has been restored in Sir Douglas Hazen Hall and William F. Ganong Hall.  If you're unable to connect to the wired internet network, please restart your computer.   The remaining network maintenance that was scheduled over the coming days has been postponed.

Contact the IT Service Desk (itservicedesk@unb.ca) if you continue to have issues with your internet connection.

ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s wired internet network on Jan. 24, 25 and 29 on the Saint John campus.  Once maintenance begins for your building, there will be no wired internet access until the work is complete – you’ll continue to have access until the work begins.  During this time, UNB’s public and eduroam Wi-Fi networks will not be affected – connect to eduroam for continued access.

Action needed – register your device on the wired network once maintenance is complete:

  1. Connect to UNB's wired internet network
  2. Open a web browser – you’ll be automatically redirected to a registration screen*
  3. Review the Acceptable Use Policy and click ‘I accept the terms’
  4. Enter your UNB login ID
  5. Click ‘Continue’ and wait as your access is configured

*If you are not automatically redirected, open a web browser and go to http://www.google.com to begin the registration process.
