Maintenance has been completed on Informer 5, you’ll no longer need to connect to the UNB VPN before accessing Informer 5, simply click the Informer 5 Reporting link in the MyUNB Intranet to get started. 

Original Details:

On Sunday, March 16 from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (12 hours), UNB’s Entrinsik Informer?5 (Informer 5 Reporting) will be unavailable as necessary maintenance is completed. During this time, you’ll be unable to access or log in to Informer 5 Reporting.

Once maintenance is complete, you’ll no longer need to connect to the UNB VPN before accessing Informer 5, simply click the Informer 5 Reporting link in the MyUNB Intranet to get started.
