The Firewall maintenance has been completed.

Original Details:

On Wednesday, February 19th at 10:00pm (22:00 hours), ITS will be performing necessary emergency maintenance on our firewall.

As a result, staff, faculty and students may notice a brief interruption when trying to access:

UNB email
VoIP telephone services 
Access to network printing and drives
myUNB Portal
Colleague
Footprints (Request Tracking)
UNB web pages
Cascade CMS 
D2L Brightspace
ECN hosted partners may notice a brief interruption when trying to access ECN Data Centre hosted services.

No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
