The maintenance for UNB’s UCard services have been completed. 

Original Details:

On Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. (6 hours), ITS will be performing maintenance for UNB’s UCard services.  As a result, some UCard services will be unavailable as work is completed. 

During maintenance, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: 

• UCard Online 
• UCard eAccounts App 
• UCard Gift Deposits 
• UCard Photo Upload 
• Printing to UNB lab printers and print refunds 
• UCard PHIL stations (located in the HIL & HWK Commons) 
• Purchases made with UCard Cash, Meal Plans, Reslife Dining Cash and Flex Dollars on and off campus (for a full list of UCard accepted locations, see here) 

During this period, UNB meal plan access will remain available at residence dining halls, but charges will be processed manually. If you’re on a meal plan, please provide your student or faculty/staff number at checkout—charges will be processed once maintenance is complete. 

Secure door access will not be impacted, and mobile IDs will continue to be accessible via your mobile wallet.
