Have you been nominated? Once UNB has accepted your nomination, we will contact you and invite you to submit an application form. 

Application deadlines

Our deadlines for the different terms are the following: 

• Fall term (September – December): April 1
• Winter term (January - April): Sept. 1
• Summer term (May - August): Jan. 1

Undergraduate students

Your home university coordinator must email these documents to UNB.  We cannot accept documents e-mailed directly by the student. 

The application form includes email addresses for each campus.

Application package

Your application package must include the following:

1. Completed forms

• Application form (PDF)
• Confirmation of English language proficiency form (PDF)

2. Documents

• Your most recent official transcript
• List of courses in which you are currently enrolled (if not included on transcript)
• Copy of the ID page of your passport

3. Essay

One-page essay on why you would like to study at UNB

Incomplete application packages may result in processing delays.

What happens next? 

It can take 1–2 weeks to process your application. You will then receive a letter of acceptance from UNB and a welcome email with further information. 

Your letter of acceptance is an important document. It will have your UNB student number and log in information, which you will need to activate your UNB e-Services (our online portal).
