I’ve been active since I was 5 years old and have dipped my toes in all facets of sport and exercise. My passion and drive to help others find their power through exercise have motivated me throughout my Kinesiology degree and keep me hungry to continue my education in exercise physiology.
With a background in competitive soccer and rugby, I bring a challenge to each class and strive to provide the atmosphere to come out of your comfort zone. I bring together strength training, aerobic exercises, and HIIT-inspired circuits for a challenging and rewarding full-body workout.
