Application process and dates
Step 1: Orientation
- Attend a co-op orientation in either September, January or May
- Submit your application for admissions into the co-op program
Step 2: Apply
- Apply for various business co-op positions
- Interview with employers to secure a work term
Step 3: Offers of employment
- Organizations offer work placement to the successful candidates
- Offers are sent electronically in a letter of offer or an employment contract
Step 4: Accept or decline offers
- Accept the offer of employment (or not)
- Communicate with the employer to determine a suitable starting time
Step 5: Prepare and begin
- Prepare for work: An hour long group meeting will be held to go over company policies and procedures
- Begin work
