The Faculty of Kinesiology’s undergraduate programs combine high-quality instruction with hands-on learning, real-life experiences and placements in career-related work situations.

You’ll set yourself apart by developing theoretical and technical skills, practicing your skills in our state-of-the-art lab facilities, and gaining on-the-job training.

The Faculty of Kinesiology offers two undergraduate degree options, allowing you to tailor the program to what’s right for you and your career goals. The Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology allows for a minor in ergonomics, a directed studies option, or a honours program option and the Bachelor of Recreation and Sport Studies allows for management, education or wellness options.
