Our travel study programs are designed and led by UNB faculty of arts professors who are passionate about sharing their research and expertise on location around the world. Programs are open to university students, alumni and friends, seniors, or any other curious travellers interested in a combined learning and travel opportunity.
Financial support through bursaries and travel awards is available to current students embarking on travel study. Please contact the above departments for more information on trip specific financial support.
Our programs are open to:
All students from all faculties, at any class level, are welcome!
If you are a recipient of a student abroad bursary or award, you cannot audit these classes. You will be registered for your travel study courses when registration opens for the summer term (March 1).
Take advantage of the unique opportunity to have a professional expert as your guide in some of the most culturally rich locations of the world by auditing our classes.
You can take courses for credit. We also let you audit classes if you do not want to receive a grade or if you simply want to take the program out of interest.
Students in the Faculty of Arts can also embark on academic exchanges with many different partner universities around the world. Visit UNB Student Abroad or email global@unb.ca to learn more.
