About the instructor

Elaine Leclerc is President of HCS Training and Consulting. She has been providing training and organizational consulting services to business, industry and government for more than 30 years.

In addition to designing and delivering workshops and speaking at conferences, Elaine provides coaching to individuals and teams and works within organizations to manage transitions and create healthy and effective workplace environments. She is a graduate of UNB Fredericton, and lives in Douglas Harbour, New Brunswick.
