After leaving UNB, you will continue to have access to your UNB email through the MyUNB Intranet for the standard one-year grace period.
To access your email after the year is over, go to outlook.com/unb.ca and log in with your UNB login ID and password.
Email for life does not include OneDrive, Teams, free downloads of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or the Office Web Apps. Once your one-year grace period is over, you will no longer have access to these applications through your UNB email.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required to access UNB email and other UNB Microsoft 365 services. Visit the ITS website for instructions on how to set up MFA and to learn more.
