May 1, 2025
University of New Brunswick | Saint John

The Department of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of New Brunswick Saint John (UNBSJ) proudly presents the first annual Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) in Health Care Conference. This one-day academic event, themed "Celebrating Individuality” invites healthcare professionals, educators, students, and community leaders to explore and share innovative approaches to equity and inclusivity in healthcare.

This conference will feature two keynote speakers, three to four breakout sessions, and a dynamic program designed to highlight cutting-edge research, share best practices, and provide a platform for the voices and experiences of marginalized communities.

Attendees will gain practical insights into fostering inclusive healthcare environments that prioritize equitable outcomes for all.
