All prospective and current undergraduate students are eligible for over 1500 UNB scholarships, bursaries and prizes. Graduate-level students have access to over 160 graduate awards. Students are considered for these awards as part of the UNB application process.
Self-identified Indigenous students enrolled at UNB are also eligible for the following awards, which require a separate application:
All undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for UNB’s Work Study Program (part-time on-campus employment). The EngageUNB Summer Internship is available to undergraduate students only.
Future Wabanaki is a partnership between NB employers, universities, indigenous students, and the Government of New Brunswick. It works to ensure that Indigenous university students have equal access to meaningful and valuable real work experiences with local employers while connecting employers with top New Brunswick talent.
In addition to supports available at UNB, the federal and provincial government also offer financial assistance for Indigenous students.
