Courses for the certificate in leadership and management for healthcare professionals are designed with professionals like you in mind. To receive the certificate, you must complete all five of the following courses:

After completing the program requirements, you will leave the certificate program with the skills needed to address common issues in the workplace, such as:

Courses for this program can be taken on a part time basis, which allows students to complete the certificate in two years. If necessary, students may take up to five years to complete the program.
