ADM 4175 is a 3 ch course.
Considers the problems associated with starting and operating a small enterprise. Focuses upon actual small business successes and failures.
Prerequisite: 60 ch.
Minimum qualifications include a Master's level degree in a field relevant to the topic area as well as for business disciplines having work or practice experience, or having been an actively serving member of a board of directors, or having had significant participation in professional associations or standard/policy-making bodies within the last five years. Consideration may be given to applicants possessing an undergraduate degree in combination with a relevant professional designation. Previous experience teaching in a university environment will be considered an asset.
