There is a sense of community at UNB that few universities can match. On our campuses, around our province, and to the far reaches of the globe where UNBers land, our alumni, friends, and donors should take immense pride in seeing the impact of such generous support. As you will read in these pages, that impact is profound.
Support for scholarships at UNB advances our mission to inspire and educate students to become problem solvers and leaders in the world. Donor investments in the McKenna Institute are accelerating the economic trajectory of New Brunswick, dramatically broadening talent development and helping underrepresented individuals join the technology sector.
Support for the Integrated Health Initiative on our Saint John campus will transform the province’s health sector while bolstering the region’s economy, educating innovative leaders and tackling the greatest health challenges, now and into the future.
Donor support will optimize government investments in the future home of UNB law: the historic Justice Building in downtown Fredericton. In addition to providing an added margin of excellence that will set UNB law apart from other law schools, the building will also become the permanent home for the UNB Legal Clinic.
And donor generosity will bring the new Engineering Commons to fruition as the new entrance to Head Hall, symbolic of the growth surrounding the future of UNB engineering.
These are just a few of the ways charitable support is touching lives and creating change, across our campuses and beyond. On behalf of all of us at UNB, thank you.
