Educators

College Hill Early Learning strives to actively recruit and hire *only* qualified Early Childhood Educators (ECE). The current provincial standard is that one staff in four, or the administrator, be ECE certified.

Our Educators follow the emergent curriculum program.

Classrooms

Bumblebees

  • Ages: 10 months to 24 months
  • Maximum group size: 6

Caterpillars

  • Ages: 2 year olds
  • Maximum group size: 10

Butterflies

  • Ages: 3 year olds
  • Maximum group size: 12

Fireflies

  • Ages: 4 year olds
  • Maximum group size: 20

Dragonflies (after schoolers)

  • Ages: 5 to end of grade 1
  • Maximum group size: 10
  • Program times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 1:45 - 5:30 p.m.
    Wednesday, noon - 5:30 p.m.
