Cheque, money order or bank draft

Please make all cheques, money orders and bank drafts payable to University of New Brunswick. You must include your name, student ID number, and telephone number in the memo line. 

Please note: Financial Services does not accept post-dated cheques.

UNB Fredericton has a secure box located by the entrance to Financial Services in which non-cash payments can be dropped off. 

If you are mailing your payment, it is advised to send it well in advance (if sending regular mail), or by Xpresspost or courier, so the payment will be posted to your student account before the fee deadline date to avoid being charged the late payment fee.

If a cheque is returned by the bank, a $25.00 administration fee will be added to the balance on the student's account, and the payment must be replaced by a certified method.
