Certificate in Becoming a Psychologically Safe & Inclusive Employee (CPSIE)

A group of professionals working together

Empower well-being and boost productivity with psychological safety and inclusivity

The Certificate in Becoming a Psychologically Safe & Inclusive Employee (CPSIE) offers a structured path for individuals to develop the skills needed to create supportive and respectful workplace interactions.

  • Gain essential tools to create a workplace where everyone feels safe and respected
  • Develop a personalized action plan to apply what you learn and make an impact
  • Learn how to reduce conflict, foster inclusivity, and support collaboration
  • 100% online and self-paced
  • $59 per course or $177 for the program

Through three self-paced courses, you will explore what it means to work in, and contribute to, a psychologically safe environment. You will also gain insight into your own interpersonal and leadership style and learn how to foster a culture of inclusivity.

Research by the Boston Consulting Group shows that poor mental health in Canadian workplaces results in direct and indirect costs exceeding $200 billion annually. One of the most crucial factors influencing employees' experience is their daily interactions with colleagues.

The CPSIE is ideal for professionals at all levels who want to positively impact their workplace by reducing conflict, microaggressions, and barriers to inclusion, ultimately promoting a healthier, more collaborative environment.

By the end of the certificate, you will be equipped with practical tools and a personalized action plan to enhance psychological safety in your teams and organization.
