Canadian Bankers Association assist individuals who are experiencing financial abuse by offering warning signs and examples of financial abuse, measures you can take to prevent financial abuse and where you can get help if you are experiencing financial abuse.

Canadian Woman’s Foundation is a non-profit organization in Canada that works to support women, girls, and gender-diverse people, overcome situations of violence and poverty. This resource provides various information and resources for stakeholders and non-profit organizations to improve their knowledge and programs.

Domestic Shelters is the largest directory for domestic violence programs and shelters across Canada and the US. It provides information and resources for survivors and stakeholders on identifying various forms of abuse, safety planning and healing after abuse.

Ending Violence Association (EVA) of Canada is a resource by a non-profit organization that educates and responds to gender-based violence at the national level in Canada. EVA works in collaboration with criminal and family justice, health and social service systems, educational institutions, corporations and provincial or territorial organizations to increase efficiency in the response to gender-based violence.

Shelter Movers is a resource by a national charitable organization that provides free moving and storage assistance to women and children facing situations of abuse across Canada.

Shelter Safe is a resource to assist women and children seeking safety and shelter from situations of violence and abuse. They offer an interactive map to quickly direct users across Canada to the nearest shelters and transition houses in their area and even those that accommodate pets.

Technology Safety Project is a project developed by the BC Society of Transition Houses to assist women and stakeholders from various anti-violence organizations across Canada, who are faced with experiencing or responding to technology-facilitated abuse. The website provides toolkits on safety and privacy, teen digital dating, utilizing digital support services, and preserving digital evidence, among other safety planning information and resources.

The Tech Safety App is a free mobile app designed to help people recognize and respond to the signs of technology-facilitated abuse, harassment, or stalking. The app covers 6 categories, including: cellphone safety, device safety, harassment, impersonation, location safety and online safety. The types of abuse or harm that fall under each category are explained, safety suggestions for each are provided and further recommendations are offered regarding the involvement of law enforcement.
