Certain UNB programs require that entering students supply additional documentation. Listed below are those programs and their requirements.
a) The 10-month Bachelor of Education post-degree program is available to those who have already satisfied the requirements for a previous Bachelor’s degree. The following personal statement as well as two education references are required and must be submitted as part of the UNB online application (under "Supplemental Items and Documents") by Dec. 15.
b) The Faculty of Education offers the Faculty of Education Admission Advantage (FEAA) program to students in their final year of high school or their first year at the UNB Fredericton campus. The following supplementary forms are required as part of the initial FEAA application:
A Profile and Personal Interest Form must be submitted with your UNB online application under the "Supplemental Items and Documents" tab by June 30, prior to the start of your first year.
A Profile and Personal Interest Form must be submitted to the UNB Fredericton Campus Admissions Office by June 30 between your first and second year of undergraduate study.
All students accepted to the FEAA program must have the following documents submitted to the UNB Fredericton Campus Admissions Office by December 15 during their final year of undergraduate study:

c) The Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education is open to applications from students who have completed a two-year Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a provincially recognized college. The following application statement as well as two references (one academic and one character), and C.V. are required and must be submitted as part of the UNB online application (under "Supplemental Items and Documents") by Dec. 15.
d) DAUS (Diploma in Advanced Undergraduate Studies): for BEd graduates who wish to gain additional teaching qualifications.
The basic program covers four years of general/professional education and is offered in Fredericton, Saint John, Bathurst and Moncton. Early application is recommended (as soon as mid-year results are known). Special supplementary forms for this program must be completed and returned by the deadline. The forms for the Saint John program will be sent to students after admission. RNs interested in the post-RN program should contact the BN/RN Co-ordinator on either campus.

Students select one of the following programs: Bachelor of Recreation and Sports Studies or Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. A special supplementary form must be completed by all applicants, excluding high school applicants, and send as supporting documentation.
Previously known as the Bridging Year Program, the new Wocopsqoltine Weci Spiqiyahtuweq/Weli'gwejig Elaqsultiek (WWS) is an eight-month program for Indigenous students who want to attend university but may not have the required high school courses to qualify for admissions. The following special supplementary forms are required for this program:
Additional documentation is required as part of the application process. Applicants are required to submit a current resume and a personal statement of goals which outlines the reason for applying to the BIS program (e.g. personal and career goals, special interests or skills, qualities that would encourage success in the BIS program).
The University of New Brunswick operates under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and accordingly will not release application/admission information to anyone other than the applicant without expressed written permission from the applicant. If the applicant chooses to authorize the University to release admission/application information to an individual, the applicant must complete this form.
