The University of New Brunswick Saint John Summer Hotel is open from May to August each year. The Front Desk is located in the Sir James Dunn Residence main administrative offices. Our Front Desk staff members are available to assist you from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Check in time begins at 3 p.m.. If you arrive earlier we cannot guarantee your room will be ready. If you plan to arrive after the Front Desk hours of operation please let us know and we will make arrangements with our live-in Summer Monitors.

Summer Monitors are available between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. for pre-arranged reservations only. No walk-in reservations are permissible once the Front Desk closes at 10 p.m.

Check out time is at 11 a.m. Room keys are electronic and are programmed to stop working at check out time on your day of departure.

Our regular Summer Hotel rates include bedding, towels, and limited daily maid service.

All hotel rates are subject to a 3.5% Hotel Levy, and 15% HST.

Payment for your room is due at check in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Guests park in the Residence Parking lots. The fee is $5.00 per day. Passes can be purchased at our Front Desk.

All guests have free access to FibreOP wifi.

No pets are allowed. This is a UNB Saint John policy which covers all campus buildings and facilities.

All Summer Hotel facilities are 100% non-smoking.
