If you require an agreement to support your research, commercialization and/or industry engagement activities, or have an agreement from a third party, please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

Examples of research, commercialization and industry-engagement agreements: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Collaborative Research Agreements, NSERC Engage Agreements, Mitacs Agreements, License Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements and Third-Party Agreements.
