Over the past 20 years, New Brunswick’s industries have shifted. More and more New Brunswickers are finding employment in the services-producing sector and fewer working in the goods-producing sector.
Change happens, but do these changes affect all regions equally?
In a recently released report, researchers at the New Brunswick Institute for Research, Data and Training examine how employment profiles across industries in New Brunswick have evolved – and how population growth, labour force participation, and industry employment intersect regionally.
