Get involved

There are a variety of ways you can get involved in sustainability on campus:

Tips to become a more sustainable UNB community member

  • Bring your own travel mug, water bottle, utensils, food containers, shopping bags, and more to reduce waste.
  • Try walking, biking and taking public transportation more often to improve your health and reduce emissions.
  • To conserve energy, turn off the lights and unplug devices and appliances when you are not using them.
  • Turn off the taps and use only what you need to conserve water.
  • Eat more local foods and try eating less meat.
  • Continue learning and talking about climate change and sustainability with your friends and family.

Follow UNB Sustainability on Facebook and Instagram to stay up-to-date on our work and how you can get involved.
