Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range:
$62,997.00 - $81,893.00 per annum
Subject to Final Budgetary Approval.

YOUR FOCUS:
- Assist the Centre's advisory board in developing a strategic plan.
- Create a schedule and budget to implement strategic plans.
- Report to the advisory board, funding agencies and relevant agencies progress achieved and budget for implemented strategic plans.
- Assist in the creation of research reports and funding applications.
- Act as liaison and build relationships with partners.
- Identify, apply for and secure funding sources.
- Oversee and/or lead the creation and updates of websites, collateral, and social media for marketing.
- Create industry briefing documents for the Centre team to orient activities and communications within different verticals.
- Assist in budgeting and management of funds for equipment, students, and employees.
- Negotiate financial agreements with partners.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or a combination of equivalent training and work experience may be considered.
- 5 years in administration in information technology and/or R&D environment.
Additional Strengths
- Graduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science would be considered an asset.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- Understanding of the aerospace and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience and expertise in marketing, client relationships and budgeting.
