Salary Range:
$18.59 - $22.02 per hour

YOUR FOCUS:
- Assist with the administrative work of the Math Learning Centre.
- Assist with exam scheduling, exam/test printing, course outlines, textbook orders, classroom booking, and related tasks concerning undergraduate teaching administration.
- Prepare course submission forms for the timetable and provide up-to-date information for the undergraduate calendar.
- Liaise with the Registrar's office to manage class size, waitlist four courses, section changes and classroom assignments.
- Coordinate the preparation of and signing by faculty of annual teaching load assignments.
- Organize and/or assist with the various department functions.
- Assist with outreach activities, including the Math Camp and NB Math Contest.
- Other assigned duties as appropriate.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Post-secondary education in business or related field.
- Equivalent training and experience may be considered.
Additional Strengths
- A bachelor's degree would be an asset.
- Experience working with Colleague system would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
- Ability to initiate and organize work independently, identify and achieve priority objectives and fulfill assigned tasks without supervision.
