The total fee includes $800 application deposit, $70 house dues and $430 communication fee. Students who applied and paid the $500 application deposit need to add $195 to fall and $105 to winter room fee total.
Winter only students will be charged and receive half of the dining cash associated with each plan.
Payment options
Students applying to residence (excluding Magee House) must pay a $800 (non-refundable) residence application fee, by credit card, at the time they submit their application.

All remaining residence and dining fees must be paid by UNB's undergraduate fee deadline.
