McCain Speaker Series

Real-world experience from the business community

Since 2016, The Faculty of Management’s Speaker Series has hosted over 140 presenters from the business community to share with students and faculty their personal experiences in business and their advice for soon to graduate students.

The McCain Speaker Series is an in-person event, which gives our speakers and students the opportunities to connect and further develop their networks.

The Speaker Series is scheduled during lunch, in a relaxing and casual environment, outside of the classroom. A free catered lunch is provided to attendees.

The McCain Speaker Series is held monthly in the Innovation Hub at the Harriet Irving Library.

The topics and themes range from each speaker’s personal and professional experience, to the important role business plays in today’s economy. These speakers provide real-world perspectives on many of the business challenges students are studying; they help provide insight on the various components of business and entrepreneurship.
