Summer residence
Summer Residence is available for any registered post-secondary student from an eligible University staying in Fredericton.
Summer Residence is offered in Neville-Jones, Aitken (recently renovated) and our suite-style residence, Elizabeth Parr-Johnston. Rates are listed by week, with a one-month minimum payment due at move in.
UNB students will have the full amount of their Summer Residence placed on the student account.
Non-UNB students will need to come into the Residence Administration office (20 Bailey Drive) to pay monthly, with the first payment being due upon check-in. Students may also pay the full amount at that time if they choose.

- May 4th- Summer residence opens
- August 16th- Summer residence closes at noon for those not staying in residence for the fall 2025 term
