Sushil is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Dr. J Herbert Smith Centre for Technology Management and Entrepreneurship. Sushil received his M.B.A. and PhD from University of Lucknow, India in 2009 and 2015 respectively.
His primary broad interest lies in understanding the drivers and consequences of innovation. Specifically, his research uses economics and psychological and principles in explaining technology adoption behavior and recommending successful managerial strategies.
