Henryk Sterniczuk

Henryk Sterniczuk's primary research interests focus on corporate governance in transition economies and knowledge management. He teaches in the areas of Management and International Business.

Dr. Sterniczuk holds a PhD from the Polish Academy of Science in Warsaw and remains active in eastern European economic development. Additionally, he has published in numerous journals and conference proceedings, and presented at over a dozen competitive conferences.

Individually or jointly with others, he has published five research books, provided chapters to six textbooks and research books, and written numerous scholarly articles.

Dr. Sterniczuk was a driving force in establishing the MBA program at UNB Saint John, and served as MBA Program Director for many years. After many years of service to UNB Saint John, Dr. Sterniczuk retired from the faculty in December 2017. In May 2018, Dr. Sterniczuk was honoured with the UNB Distinguished Service Award, recognizing his dedicated and distinguished service to the University and the community over his many years at UNB.
