Don is a Senior Supply Chain and Project Management Professional with 25+ years’ experience developing and managing diverse global supply chains, building and training SCM teams. Don's experience spans operations in heavy construction, ship building, oil and gas, pulp and paper, manufacturing, the marine industry and public sector capital projects. He is recognized as a strategic thinker with an infectious “Can Do” attitude.
Don has been designing and teaching courses and workshops on Supply Chain and Project Management for over 20 years for Supply Chain Canada and as an instructor for the MBA program at UNB. He teaches Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Project Management from the perspective of a scholar practitioner.
Don’s education includes a BA, BBA, MBA, SCMP, PLog. PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. Don completed his Doctor of Business Administration studies at Liverpool University in the UK. He was the recipient of the Claude Codère Doctoral Thesis Scholarship awarded by the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada for research in the field of Supply Chain Management.
