Natasha Bass is an Assistant Teaching Professor and Field Education Coordinator of the Department of Social Science in the Faculty of Arts.
Natasha became a Social Worker in 2001 after earning her Master of Social Work from the University of Maine. She has worked in the field of addictions and mental health for most of her career and has experience working with adults, children and families across a variety of programs. She spent the first 15 years of her career as a front-line social worker, and then moved into leadership and program development roles.
She is a mom to three busy and beautiful children and when she has free time, she heads into the woods on hiking adventures. She is grateful for the amazing experiences and learning opportunities she has had as a social worker over the years and look forward to many more in this new role.
