As the CEO of TechImpact, she helps accelerate IT adoption and innovation across the region by connecting industry, government, and academia with local and international talent, fostering business growth, and through workforce development programs.

With decades of leadership experience, Cathy is a driving force behind the Atlantic region's digital capacity and innovation economy. She is a graduate of the F.C. Manning School of Business at Acadia University, and she was named one of WXN’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada in 2023.
