In 2015, Lori Weir and her co-founder launched Four Eyes Financial, a Regulatory Technology company providing wealth management firms with an innovative way to connect back, mid and front office experiences. Their Intelligent Compliance Platform connects data and workflows for KYC, KYP and Suitability, so firms can meet ever-changing regulatory requirements faster, while enhancing the advisor/client experience.

Four Eyes Financial recently received the Best Compliance as a Service Solution award by the Canadian RegTech Association, and Weir was recognized as a 5-Star Leading Woman in Wealth by Wealth Professional.

Lori Weir is passionate about creating shared understanding between people, and taking friction points out of processes. She’s executed on this passion as the co-founder and managing partner of two successful consulting firms. She has spent 20 years helping some of Canada’s most profitable companies, including JD Irving and Scotia Wealth, align workflow processes and employee behaviours to drive positive client experiences.

Weir’s background in strategy development and execution governance, along with a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, has provided her with deep appreciation for what firms need to create a culture of innovation & continuous improvement.

Lori Weir is the past chair of ALS Canada and Marathon by the Sea, her volunteer efforts have also taken her abroad including work in Economic Development in Latin America.
