Learning Strategies Session Procrastination Motivation-FR
Event Details:
Learning Strategies Session: Procrastination & Motivation - open to all UNBF students.
The Student Accessibility Centre is pleased to host this session with the campus Learning Strategist, Janice Gange.
STUDENTS: Do you often put off your course work until "later"? Are you struggling to find the drive to engage during ADM? The Learning Strategist has some helpful tips and information for you to start building better habits!
Many students are struggling with time management during Alternate Delivery Methods and aren't always sure how to get started with course work or how to stay on-task. A common concern among students is the slipperly slope experienced between having healthy breaktimes and procrastination tendencies.
In this hour-long session, the Learning Strategist will provide students with evidence-based information and practices to support more effective habit-building. Examples will be provided and there will be time for questions to explore more individualized experiences.
A recording of this session will be available on the Student Accessibility Centre's website.
