PD workshop on Contract Cheating-FR and SJ
Event Details:
With courses offered online, 'how to handle cheating' has become a key concern for many educators. This is compounded by the increasing prevalence of contract cheating companies that are targeting students aggressively through social media. These unscrupulous companies promise to write custom-made papers for students, they offer instant answers and help with online exams and even offer to take entire courses online on behalf of students. Dive into this issue through a professional development session involving a mini-case on contract cheating, with two of its co-authors.
This session promises to offer some hands-on practical advice for educators in order to deal with this recent phenomenon.
