Making the Most of Students' Learning-FR
Event Details:
Facilitated by Sarah King, Director, Office of Experiential Education.
Reflection is one of the hallmarks of experiential learning. It helps students articulate what they’ve learned, make connections between their academic and applied learning activities, and can foster civic and personal development. This workshop will guide participants through the benefits and opportunities reflective learning provides and offer a variety of examples and tools for fostering deep learning through reflection. Frameworks of critical, skills-based, and personal reflection will be explored, and participants will gain a better understanding of how to create and assess reflective assignments.
