Beyond Breathing An Experiential Mindfulness Group-FR

Want to find out what mindfulness is really all about? This six-week experiential group is designed to help you cultivate mindful awareness in many aspects of everyday life. Using a variety of fun and creative informal practices, you will learn how to weave mindful qualities into every day experiences all the while increasing your self-awareness and gaining new ways of coping with stress.
The group is open to UNB/STU students who have had an appointment with Counselling Services prior to the start of the group. Registration is required.
The Fall 2019 group will run on Fridays from 2-3:30 p.m. starting October 4th in the Senior Common Room of McConnell Hall.
